Booking Terms

Making a Booking

By making a Booking through our Website or with our representatives, you acknowledge that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have the permission of a parent or guardian.
• You accept these Terms on behalf of all persons who will participate in the Tour.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the Booking process is accurate and complete.

Booking Confirmation

A Booking is not confirmed until:

• You have received a written confirmation from us, typically via email.
• We have received the required deposit or full payment, as specified in the Booking process.

We reserve the right to decline any Booking at our discretion.

Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on our Website are:

• In Euros (€) unless otherwise specified.
• Inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Subject to change until your Booking is confirmed.

Payment terms:

• For Bookings made more than 30 days before the Tour date, a deposit of 30% is required, with the balance due 30 days before the Tour date.
• For Bookings made within 30 days of the Tour date, full payment is required at the time of Booking.
• Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer as specified during the Booking process.

Cancellations and Changes

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 30+ days before the Tour date: Full refund minus a €50 administration fee.
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before the Tour date: 75% refund.
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before the Tour date: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the Tour date: No refund.

All cancellations must be made in writing to bookings@mykonosdreamtours.com.

Changes to confirmed Bookings:

• We will try to accommodate reasonable changes to your Booking, but cannot guarantee that changes will be possible.
• Changes made more than 14 days before the Tour date may be subject to an administration fee of €30.
• Changes made less than 14 days before the Tour date may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, subject to our cancellation policy.

Tour Participation

Health and Fitness

You are responsible for ensuring that you and everyone in your group:

• Are physically and mentally fit to participate in the Tour.
• Have disclosed any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of Booking.
• Have obtained any necessary vaccinations or medical advice for traveling to Greece.

We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who, in our opinion, is unsuitable for the Tour due to physical or mental condition, or whose behavior might jeopardize the safety or enjoyment of the Tour for themselves or others.

Conduct During Tours

During the Tour, you agree to:

• Comply with all reasonable instructions from our guides or representatives.
• Respect the environment, wildlife, cultural sites, and local customs.
• Not engage in any illegal activities or behavior that disrupts the Tour or affects the enjoyment of other participants.
• Not consume excessive alcohol or any illegal substances.

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Tour without refund if your behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or dangerous.

Travel Documents and Insurance

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents.
• Complying with any health requirements for entering Greece and Mykonos.
• Obtaining comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal liability.

We strongly recommend that your insurance covers specific activities included in your Tour, as well as potential disruptions due to COVID-19 or other public health emergencies.

Our Responsibilities

Service Provision

We commit to:

• Providing the Tours as described on our Website or as reasonably modified due to circumstances.
• Ensuring our guides and representatives are knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.
• Taking reasonable care to ensure your safety during the Tour, within the limitations of adventure travel.

Changes and Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to:

• Make necessary changes to Tours before or during their operation due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Cancel a Tour if the minimum number of participants is not reached, or due to force majeure events.

If we need to make significant changes or cancel a Tour, we will:

• Inform you as soon as reasonably possible.
• Offer you an alternative Tour of equivalent or superior quality if available.
• Provide a full refund if we cancel the Tour or if the alternative offered is of inferior quality.

Limitation of Liability

While we take all reasonable steps to ensure Tours are safe and as described, we cannot be held liable for:

• Any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, expense, cost, or other claim that results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any act or omission by a third party not connected with the provision of your Tour.
• Any loss or damage to your personal belongings unless caused by our negligence.
• Any indirect or consequential losses arising from your Booking or participation in a Tour.

Our liability, except in cases of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, shall be limited to the cost of your Booking.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content to our Website or social media channels ("User Content"), you:

• Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such User Content for our promotional purposes.
